Meeting to order.  Secretaries report read and approved. 

Slight profit from banquet.  Moved and passed that it be donated to Annie fund.

Frank took names on who's going to outing.  Any alcoholic beverages on your own.  Games -- backgammon, horseshoes, croquet, softball.
Starts at 1 p.m., eat it 4 p.m.
Appreciate it if you got to get an early to help set up.
Suggest that Frank post directions for getting to his house.  Will do.

Business meeting next week

Old business.  Books the age is still in Butterfield.  Something should be done.
Suggested putting cartons and take to Gus Ryan.  Jack no right to take care of it.

Annie fund -- we have about $27.
Ed has checked with the authorities, but couldn't contact Scott.  Jim Leonard will try to contact Scott on movie "Annie night".  Refreshments at Spring Review is out.  Too many complications.

Suggested that next year we start raising money earlier.

Jack Milroy and possibly charge different will be around the summer.  Could be used keep us going on sorority construction crew project, tentative project for Annie fund.

Moved that corresponding secretary obtain supplies of new census cards in time for falls season.  Passed.  Also check with national for more stationery.
